Terms and conditions:

• I am sending you my photograph which I am happy for Swift Direct Blinds (and its advertising, promotion and other agencies) to use in its advertising, marketing, publicity or promotional materials. I therefore grant you a worldwide licence to the use of my photo and all personal details entered

• It is an ongoing competition. The monthly winner will be announced on the 10^th of each month.

• All users who submit a photo either on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or send to the email address will be entered.

• All entrants must have purchased the blinds shown in the image from Swift Direct Blinds in the last three years.

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Your statutory rights are not affected.

• The prize is a Love2Shop gift card worth £25.

• The prize is non-transferable, for sale, re-sale or redeemable for cash.

• The winner will be notified through the method of entry.

• The winner will be announced on the Swift Direct Blinds blog which will be shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

• The winner’s name will be displayed on Swift Direct Blinds’ social channels.

• Once the winner has been notified, Swift Direct Blinds will direct message/email the winner to sort out redeeming the prize.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and select another winner on the criteria set out above.

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

• Swift Direct Blinds employees are not permitted to enter.

• The promotion is offered by Swift Direct Blinds.
