Very misleading pictures - the blind is blue rather than green as in the photos - make sure to order a sample!

Not received any blinds and won’t reply to my email. Placed order 9th December, today is the 15th January.

I am very sorry that you have experienced these delays in receiving your goods and that there was a lack of communication to you. There are occasions, where delays can occur, however, you should have received an email to advise of these delays. In addition, we did experience some severe weather in Yorkshire, which resulted in some couriers were unable to complete deliveries.
